I started ROZUM because the businesses I respect most are rarely the ones the world sees clearly. Real growth starts with understanding what makes your business genuinely different, who it is actually for, and what it takes to reach them. That means knowing how different communities, demographics, and audiences make decisions and what earns their trust.

About

ROZUM is mainly a growth consulting practice for small businesses and agencies who are ready to build something that reflects what they actually are. Identity, infrastructure, new business development, and the systems that keep it all moving.

I have spent over a decade in senior growth and business development roles across multicultural agencies, integrated communications firms, equity-first organizations, and startups. I have built new business infrastructure from scratch, led multi-million dollar RFP and pitch processes, secured government contracts, expanded agencies into new sectors, and developed cultural competency initiatives for Fortune 100 and 500 brands across healthcare, CPG, financial services, and retail. That work, and the communities it put me in proximity to, shapes every engagement.

Small businesses feel personal to me — that's the economy I came from. As a cultural intelligence consultant based in New York, working across that range of industries, communities, and cultures is what shapes how I approach the work.

I am also a researcher, writer, and documentary photographer. Public history, food anthropology, visual work. It all comes from the same place as the consulting: you have to actually understand something before you can say anything useful about it.

Outside of consulting, I research, write, and make things. It's all the same muscle — paying close attention to what's real and figuring out how to make other people see it too.

The Method

R.I.S.E.

Root. Illuminate. Shape. Expand. Every project follows the same arc — look at what's really going on, find the story that's already there, build the systems around it, and keep it growing.
