“The best businesses aren't built by algorithms. They're built by people with taste, relationships, and the willingness to do the real work.”

About
Rozum exists because too many good businesses are invisible. They do extraordinary work, their clients love them, and yet their growth feels accidental — dependent on referrals, word of mouth, and luck. That's not a strategy. That's a liability.
What most businesses call a pipeline problem is actually an identity problem. They don't need more leads. They need to know who they are, who they serve, and how to say it — clearly, confidently, in every room and on every screen.
I started Rozum because I believe the best growth work happens between people, not between platforms. An algorithm can optimize a click. It cannot understand your business, earn someone's trust, or build something that lasts.
My work is informed by research — in public history, food anthropology, cultural systems. The same instincts that guide a research project guide a growth engagement: listen first, understand the system, then build from what's real.
Beyond the consulting work, I'm a researcher, writer, and artist. These aren't separate lives — they're the same practice of paying close attention to what's real and making it visible.

R.I.S.E.
Root. Illuminate. Shape. Expand. Every engagement follows this sequence — we audit what exists, surface what's hidden, build what's needed, and scale what works.
